most parrots eat more fruit and veggies than seed...

This is the main discussion on diet

Hi Carrie
Welcome to the world of Kaki's, what an amazing little creatures they are. They are hours of fun.

When taming them, always come in front on so as not to frighten them.
When reaching out, do it with a closed fist. That way if they try to bit you they don't get any skin. They will only try once and then pretend they were just going to kiss you.

Remember to speak softly, don't raise your voice or yell at them if they do something naughty, like bit you. They are like a little kid. They just want to get into mischief and get lots of love.

I have a little boy call "Tiki" he is very cute. I love him to pieces. He is a great little talker. Boys tend to be good talkers, much like the human race.(Ha Ha).

Have lots of fun with your new little treasure.
Cheers
