oh thats so sad....was just reading through your thread to see if i could find out whats wrong with my male....as he isnt very well at the mo and im trying to decide weather he needs to go to the vet or weather that will cause him too much stress........ its also flippin cold here at the mo which i dont think will help...... i hope it wasnt anything contagious and your other birdies are ok Pray

Thank you for your very kind post. It has been two weeks since Ger died and thank God the other lads seem to be ok. I still give them the Ornicure though and I discontinued giving them the mineral supplements as Steptoe suggested.

Sorry to hear that your fellow isn't well, May. Perhaps you could get Ornicure without dragging the bird to the vet...I keep my fingers crossed that he will get over his ailment. Here is a terrible weather too, with gales blowing 60 miles an hour! I live in a really old building at a seaside, where everything just shakes and rattles. I am literally boarded up and the lads are in their cages with my winter coats on top of them! Anxious
