Your male is indeed a Cinnamon (nice red crown ). The female is a recessive pied(dark eyes), probably combined with dominant pied. So, probably some youngsters of this pair will display pied. All females of this pairing will be Cinnamon.
So for the babies, can't I get anything else than pied and cinnamon?
That depends on what your birds are split to. (not visual)

What would have been the results with a female really lutino?
From my experience, the Lutino is actually a combination of Cinnamon and Fallow. So, the pairing Cinnamon(male) x Cinnamon Fallow(female) will result in Cinnamon split to Fallow(males and females).
Suppose that the male is split to Fallow. Than the result will be 50% Cinnamon split to Fallow and 50% Cinnamon Fallow(Lutino).
