I'm glad still 4 chicks are doing well. To be honest is not a bad figure.
In the "breeder's toolbox" keep always a few "resignation stitches", they come in handy once in a while.
Fun aviary... you'll have it before you realize.
Experience comes in handy for a series of reasons, but the most important bit is having the right attitude and determination to enjoy this hobby, and you have it.
