Its a lutino one but she doesnt look that good. Her whole underside doesnt have any feathers on?? Could it be from not coming out much and just lying on her eggs??

Hi buddy,

I think a small 'balding patch' in the chest could be acceptable, the whole underside... it's not a reasonable thing.
I think it could be either diet, parasites (mites, lice), inadequate housing, etc..

I would make a strict quarantine of a bird in such condition.

And a couple drops of invermectin on the back of the head, repeated about 10 to 12 days later.
Good diet, add apple cider vinegar to veggies or water, mist spray of birds cages, till just damp..not wet....50/50 soln water /vinegar.
