Now I've seen these pictures (of beautiful specimens) I'm quite sure that the bird on the right is similar with the Fallows I have seen. So, I believe it is a Fallowpied.
Cinnamon and Fallow cause both a qualitative reduction of melanin. I've found they can lie close to each other in appearance. A while ago I saw a Fallow who looked like a Cinnamon from a distance. On a closer view a saw he had red eyes.
You mentioned a combination of Lutino and Cinnamon as a possibility. I have doubts about that. Suppose the Ino gene really excists in Kakariki it will show a bird that has a complete reduction of melanin and therefore looks Yellow. In my opinion the bird remains yellow when you combine this with Cinnamon.
I agree on that; a combination of lutino and cinnamon should be yellow. I don't think it's a normal fallow. I also have a colour that looks more like a fallow. I send it here when I have time
