Hi guys, from my experience I test the better form to induce the pairing on my kaka, I fallow this rules:
1.- I put the pair with out nest box for 2 weeks.
2.- every day I put meal worm tenebrios.
3.- too I put bowls with many waters. Remember our kakas joint take a bath.
4.- them after to 2 or 3 weeks the pair are ready to the nest box.
Is very important put every day a few portion of tenebrios, because the kaka on stage wild search worms on the earth, this situation stimulate the mating betwen the pairs.
Well don't worry because the kakas only suck the worm, they don't eat the body of the worm.
