Sort of agree with Stumbler ....thu I dont think it is the photo...
Usually breaks are not as thin/long/pointed...
When one has seen /had a lot of kakariki, the becks are more rounded sorta.
I would be pretty sure, like stumber, both males.
I have been wrong a couple times with our birds when they have had long beaks.
Look under the wings for a yellow stripe....a good solid stripe is female, a broken faded stripe is male....but again sometimes one can get a good looking stipe but slightly broken, and one cant be 100% sure
