hey guys!
I am getting some kakarikis in a few weeks (When I have finished the aviary and been on holiday!)
The aviary is about 12ft by 3ft. completely covered. I have all the accommodation ready - perching, feed houses, etc.
Can you advice generally on husbandry of them?
What foods go down well? I have brought a parakeet mix with little sunflower in as this was advised by another breeder but what about fruit/veg? What do you guys find they like a lot?

I am looking to breed them but this will not be until they have established really good pairs and will be in the spring time next year.

Thanks!
