I use a mix of Mungbeans, Buckwheat, Sorgho, Dari, Paddy rice, Oats, Hempseed. Oats have a high level of vitamin B. The combination of (Mung)beans and cereals should lead to complete proteins. Occasionally I add Sojabeans (complete proteins).
I soak them them 12 hours, rinse, 12 hours in a strain, rinse and dry another 12 hours at room temperature. Every day again.
