hi,
can somebody tell me please what are they?...mutation?...hybrids?......and like i know they are 2 boys....somebody can confirm this please?

They're both males by the looks of it, One if a Cinnamon Pied.. The other looks to be a mottled pied, as I see no markings on his toes, and if he is, when he moults he will go more and more yellow...

The second one is only a guess though

to understand that the one who have more yellow and a light green will become full yellow?:)...so is he now still young..or they are both?

I have the same opinion as Steve. I view the Cinnamon(Zimt in German) as a dominant pied. This type of pied can vary from a pink toe to 60% pied. Typical is the turned around T-shape on his neck, pied flight feathers, tail and belly. See my avatar.

The green one has also the T-shape on his neck but like Steve said it has a Mottled effect. Perhaps it is a combination of both dominant and Mottled pied. Some people believe that there are several pied genes involved in Mottles. I believe there is also a degree of Mottle. The ones I have seen became slightly more pied after moult. Until now I've never seen one like those from the Australian members.

No, that one will not become more pied. The green one, a few pied feathers more. Just my opinion.
