Well what an afternoon I've had!!! It took me 2 and a half hours to get all the wood chip out of my aviary, and give it a really good scrub out, then sprayed with vinegar solution. I really must get a net to catch my boys, coz that was a job too! They weren't very happy with me putting Ivermectin on them but it had to be done! The green boys feathers seemed to fall out very easily when I held him which was worrying, also, the feathers that came out, when I looked at the quills, they looked like they had clear fluid in them!!! duno I'll do the boys with Ivermectin again in 10-12 days. I really hope he improves, I don't like seeing him look so bad! Sad

Not really but he's a bit lighter than the yellow one. He's been happily munching on his fruit, veg and salad today.

Invermectin doesnt get rid of all worms...there are some types it doesnt
Read thru this
http://www.kakariki.net/ftopict-59.html

Worms prevent animals access to all the nutrition they eat.
Print it out...Brett Gartrell paper and take to your vet if no improvement in weight or feathers after a week.

Thank you, I did read through that wormy page earlier! I will definitely take him to the vets if the Ivermectin doesn't help. Thank you again!
