I depends greatly on conditions and diet leading up to and during when they where raised....
Varied , balanced and consistant
Also the months leading up to breeding season for any pair is extrememly important.
We have a friend who has a reputaion he can breed anything...people give him pairs of species that will not breed.....he gives good diet for 3 or 4 months, gets them back into condition...they breed

Young pairing one often only gets a couple chicks.
Pairing young and not consistant balanced diet, chances of egg binding and other issues can also a rize, hence the recommendation to breed at least 12months
Ther reality is this....most people are not self disiplined enough to make , and supply a full diet 2x a day for months on end.

Broken eggs.
Can they climb down inside the nesting box rather than jump?
Are you 100% sure you do not have a rodent proplem?
Are the parents hand rased or avary raised?

Egg breaking by parents is very rare, and if happens is accidental or related to the above.
