Made me feel quite knowledgeable (sigh)

There are a couple members here who started with 1 kakariki, asked a couyple questions like u. got another nird and a nest vox, asked a few more quesyions, read thru the site, and most of omportant of all, observered.
Now they Are a great asset to the community here, helping out with questions and posting observations.
Sometimes answers are a bit off or questions misunderstood, if an answer is not quite correct, we dont worry about it, others step in a correct, its all a big learning curve.
We have a great bunch of ppl here, and you stick around.

oh Steptoe, im hooked! i love my parent birds.
The chicks have been such a wonderful experience, and all doing so well. I did loose one, i think it got squashed, i was gutted, as i felt it was too big at the time to get squashed, but i guess it happens.
I think we shall see the first fledge soon, as there is lots of flapping going on in the box. She is just over 1 month old.
