I was wondering if anyone has or would use chook laying pellets as a food source for Kakariki. I have a bag left from my chooks & I thought I'd put some in their feeders I also feed them veges an occasional meal worm & am gunna give that chicken bones a shot as well.
any ideas duno

My wife has run out of room for her Jap quail, and there are now pellet feeds in a couple of flights...doesnt seem to do the parrots any harm.
I wouldnt give pellets as a main food thu, veggies fruit etc still hast to be their main food, and parrot seed mix secondary
