Hi everyone, i recieved this kak, who's roughly 4 weeks old i was told by the owner, the parents stop feeding them and 4 of them had died, so i have taken him/her on handrasing the kak.
I have taken some pics, i had a female kak a few years back so this will be my second one.

if the pics are not good enough let me know and i will try again :-) thanks for looking at my new member of the family

Definitely

Those are very good head shots, blurred or not, they show the size and ahape of the beak real well.

Just an update on how things are going with the new member of the family :-)

Havn't picked a name yet, was too scared to in case he never made it. Got the little gem on the 23rd from a breeder who had lost 4 already, not really sure why, but i offer to take this feller on and see if i could give him a chance of surrival.

He took to feeding real well, begs for his food, once eaten legs it back in the warmth of his home :-)

Last night started to get more brave and pop his head out taking a look around and trying to explore.

Today, balancing much more better and is cleaning is claws on one foot.

Very confident bird and just wanted to share my experince and very pleased that i have managed to keep him going :-)

there thats my lot, will keep you updated and put some pics up in about a week.
