First of all a question, why are you handfeeding, was there a problem. If you want to do so because you want them to be tame/companion bird you can leave them with the parents to the poin they open there eyes. This will give them a head start and you dont have to get up in the middle of the night. Just get hand rearing food at pet store, usually adding a bit of water at rightn temp, in plastic syringe and feed till crop is full. Brooder can be plastic (ice cream ) box, put unbleached toilet paper in, clean every time you feed ( 4 -5 times a day) and make sure they are nice and warm.
Lots more info on this website and on the net.
Good luck, keep us updated.
