I can't think of a name for my female kakariki, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)

I also need some tips for biting. I've read places that i'm not supposed to move when she does, to express my 'dominance' but it's impossible for me not to more my hand away/flinch. Is there anything else i can do to break her out of this habit? :)

well steps is always giving really good advise about body language and being in charge dominant in your flock.....

My son couldnt stop laughing a few months back.... im stood there with a young hand tame bird on my finger talking to it and said give me kisses and kissed her on the beek..... well she bit my bottom lip and pulled ....and pulled..... my reaction was what made him laugh....... i evidently squawked like an angry parrot and did angry bird eyes...... she imediatley let go ....and never did it again...!!!

as for names..... mine all have rather odd names..... i have 1 green male called Gilbert Greeny n he has a baby we call spud and i have the Banana family that has Big, Little, Petal, Dave, Bruce, and Oscar.........who i think is a girl now ..... have also had Damien who was a girl, Brian, Gigantor, Phooey (as in Hong Kong) and Rosmary (his secretary) used to have a cat called Uncle Herbert.....he was actually a boy signlol.... this might give you some inspiration or at least tell you what to avoid Anxious
