hi im really curious as to why my kakariki would be behaving this way,
the only way i can describe it would be that he lowers his head and raises his butt and then kind of shakes a little bit....
its almost as if he is constipated, but i know for sure judging by the state his cage can get that he is definitely not...
it by no means affects him, other than the 5 minutes it takes, and he has been doing it for quite some time sometimes multiple times a day.
ive tried looking at other forums for information but it seems quite unique.
i just hope it isnt, or wont cause long term issues.
another thought that i had was that maybe he is a girl, and shes trying to pass an egg, but surely we are past that season..

thankyou for your time i hope somebody knows something about this strange habit.[/b]
