I first heard of it a few months ago and in the early pictures it looked fake (the pics where like too bightly coloured almost flouresent) There was quite a bit of discussion on forums about it....but recently new pics have come out and it has gone to a few bird shows or convertions.........I think its all a little bit sad ..........I cant get the little video because of my dodgey internet connection so tell me what its like.....

These were the first pics that were shown around on forums and stuff i think a few were in papers too by the way it has been colour touched you can see why there was alot of disscusion on whether it was a "fake"

oh yeah its real i just hope other people dont start trying to breed them for the $$$$$$ it was a bit silly to mention how much she got offered for the bird......It is a pretty bird though i hope someone takes good care of it for the rest of its life

Looks quite real to me. I even googled Galah, cockatiel and galatiel to get a comparison. Wonder if it is fertile. Have other Australian parrots hybridised?

I looks like a real bird alright . I don't see it well enough to judge. the pearling on the wing suggests cockatiel I guess. Ineresting. All past rules of genetics say that the birdu would be sterile.
I wish I could see it better. Laughing

I woulld like to see it better myself, but I'm afraid that thats the only clip I have. I downloaded it from a Parrot forum site here in England.
